Exercises To Make Your Breasts Larger

Many women want larger, firmer breasts, and many achieve this goal through surgical breast augmentation. Others seek a nonsurgical method to obtain larger breasts. For many these methods include exercise routines, which they hope will result in larger breasts.


Physical Makeup of Breasts


Breasts are made up almost entirely of fatty tissue. Because there are no muscles in the breasts, no amount of exercise will add bulk to the breasts. In most cases, a good exercise routine results in weight lose, which results in reduced breast size. Some women can lose up to a full cup size when dieting.


This is not to say these exercise do not have a positive effect on the breasts. When you tone and firm the proper muscles, your breasts will be held in a higher position and will appear larger. Working the chest area will not increase breasts size, but it can make your breasts appear larger and more attractive.


Specific Exercises


Several exercises help your breasts appear larger. The best of these are bench presses, flies and and push-ups. Most people are familiar with the proper technique for both push-ups and bench presses. To properly perform a fly, stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Hold a weight in each hand, your arms at your side. Slowly raise your arms as if extending your wings to fly. Raise the weights until they are at shoulder height. Hold this position for a moment, then lower your arms to the starting position. You can raise both arms simultaneous or one at a time.


Start slowly because these are not simple or easy exercises. Try for four sets of these three exercises and try to perform at least five of each exercise.


As you build stamina, increase the number of repetitions per set. With these exercises, it is not necessary to perform the same number of each exercise in each set. You may do ten push-ups, five bench presses and twenty flies. Do not push yourself until your body is ready.


Other Considerations


Swimming also strengthens the chest muscles and can cause your breasts to appear fuller. This low-impact exercise is also a good cardiovascular workout that provides a break from routine exercises.


Always be certain to stretch and properly warm up prior to your workout. Also set aside time to cool down by doing some stretching or slow walking in place. Remember, a proper workout has three parts: warm up, exercise and cool down. All three are equally important and should not be overlooked.
