Lamson Institute


Lamson Institute offers diploma programs that train students to become medical assistants, lab assistants or electrical technicians. Medical assistants learn to record, monitor and mount electrocardiograms in addition to studying medical practice management and appointment scheduling. Lab assistant students can train to become phlebotomists or electrocardiogram technicians and earn their CPR certifications. Sanford-Brown College


Sanford-Brown College offers certificate programs in medical assisting as well as in medical billing and coding. Students also can earn an associate degree in diagnostic medical sonography and cardiovascular sonography.
