Make Breasts Bigger Without Surgery Or Medication

The female breast comes in a variety of sizes. In contemporary Western society, large breasts are frequently associated with heightened sexual attractiveness. Certain artificial and surgical means of breast augmentation, including implants, have become popular. Because of the nature of breast tissue, increasing the size of breasts without surgery or medication is difficult.

Instructions

1. Enter puberty. The breasts begin to develop and get bigger when a girl enters puberty, and they will continue to develop and enlarge for about the next 5 years. Once complete maturity is achieved at around 18 years of age, breast size is essentially set.

2. Become pregnant. Pregnancy causes a shift in the hormones produced by the body, and the mammary glands within the breasts begin to enlarge in anticipation of producing milk after birth. After childbirth, the breasts will swell to accommodate the milk supply, and they will stay enlarged until weaning of the baby is complete. When milk is no longer produced, the breasts will slowly return to their pre-pregnancy size.

3. Gain weight. The breasts are primarily composed of fatty tissue, so when you increase the fat reserves in your body, your breasts will usually become larger on a proportionate basis. Unless you are underweight to begin with, adding additional weight to your body--while it may make your breasts bigger--is not a healthy choice.
