Panasonic F10 Specifications

The LP-F10 is a Panasonic-made laser marker.


The LP-F10 is a laser marking system manufactured by Panasonic. Designed for industrial use, laser markers are high-quality engraving tools used on metals, plastics, glass and other materials.


Scanning and Laser


With a work distance of 180mm, the Panasonic LP-F10 uses the Galvano scanning method with a 90-by-90mm marking range and a 3,000mm-per-second maximum scanning speed. The machine uses a fiber-laser class 4 marking laser with a 10-Watt average and 15W maximum oscillator output. The laser also features a peak emission wavelength of 1.06 micrometers (um).


Engraving


The LP-F10 is capable of engraving both capital and lower-case English characters and figures as well as hiragana, katakana, kanji and common symbols. The head uses a natural air-cooling system while the controller features forced-air cooling.


Features


Panasonic's LP-F10 features emergency shut-off switches on both the controller and head. The device features an optional LCD console or the ability to hook up to a monitor and mouse using a VGA connection. The machine features laser error sensing, password protection, an automatic shutter, a guide laser, real-time display and more.
