Breast cancer

Good nutrition is very important to help you look- and feel- healthy after breast cancer. Eat a well-balanced diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Consult a nutritionist to help you develop a diet specifically for you.
3. Meditate. Simple meditation exercises can help you to relax and therefore help you look healthier after breast cancer. Focusing on your breathing will calm your mind and help you cope with living with the disease.
4. Exercise. Consult with your doctor before beginning any new exercise regime, but regular exercise will help increase blood flow to your face and tone your muscles, therefore making you look healthier.
