Women will tell you that exercise and large breasts do not go together. However, with this easy to follow guide, you can give your "girls" the support they need and still train the way you want.
Instructions
1. Find your correct bra size. Get measured by a professional bra fitter to find your correct cup and band size.
2. Measure yourself if you don't have access to a fitter. Measure the circumference of your body underneath your breasts and add five inches. If it is odd number, add an inch. Measure the circumference of your body at the nipple line or the widest point of the breast. The difference between the band and the widest point of the breast is how you find your cup size. For example, if the difference is 4 inches, then you are a D. For 5 inches, you would be a DD or E, and for 6 inches, you would be an F.
3. Choose the right bra. For large breasts, C cup or above, it is best to choose a bra that encapsulates and compresses the breasts. If you have to order on-line, look for bras that use 2 or 3 piece cup construction because this type of bra holds your breasts firmer. Buy bras with under-wires if you can tolerate them because they will support your breasts more than bras without wires.
4. Try the bra on and try it out. Do jumping jacks, jog, strike a downward dog yoga pose and anything you might think of. If your breasts do not stay in place as you want them to, return the bra and try a different brand.
5. Buy several if you find a bra that fits and provides enough support.
