Instructions
1. Describe the event or series of events that earned you this assignment. Focus only on the facts. Leave out any emotional response or personal commentary.
2. Explain how your actions were disrespectful toward your NCO. When doing so, try to view them from your NCO's point of view.
3. Explain how you as a soldier are expected to conduct yourself toward NCOs. Llist the army values and explain how they should guide your conduct. They are loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity and personal courage.
4. Outline a plan of action in which you explain how you will change your conduct. Focus on specific actions you will take. Relate these actions to the army values.
