Creating lessons for higher education is a process that involves a lot of detailed thought.

3. Decide present the material. Presentation will depend on the material, the students and the teacher's personality and level of expertise. Appeal to multiple learning styles by including some oral, some visual and some hands-on elements when presenting material to students.
4. Create assessments. Assessments are the tests and projects that students must complete to demonstrate that the objectives have been met.
5. List accommodations. Accommodations are changes that can be made to the learning materials in the events that physical or psychological challenges prevent students from learning as planned.
