MRI programs are offered at private and community colleges.
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) tech programs are designed for students interested in pursing careers utilizing this medical technology. Offered at private and community institutions, acceptance into an MRI tech program is often contingent upon completion of an accredited radiology curriculum offered. MRI techs work in private radiology offices or in large hospital settings. According to Indeed, the average annual salary for MRI technicians in the United States is $64,000.
