1. Keep your weight stable. If you fluctuate too much, this can cause the breast tissue to sag. 2. Walk and sit with good posture to keep breasts lifted and firm. This will create an appearance of breasts that are firm and perky. The skin around the breasts is very delicate so use natural oils. Pumpkin seed oil, coconut oil, emu oil, and evening primrose are excellent examples. Also, special creams full of antioxidant vitamins are available for this purpose.
4. Exercise frequently to help keep the breasts firm. Since there is no muscular tissue in the breasts, exercise does not directly affect them, but weight loss and improved posture are a direct result of exercise. If you decide to jog as a form of cardiovascular exercise, be sure to wear a proper sports bra rather than a regular bra. Excessive bouncing causes breasts to sag more quickly. According to a study by researchers at University of Portsmouth in England, sagging was reduced by 78 percent when women who jog wear a properly fitting sports bra.
5. Buy a professionally fitted bra. Many boutiques in malls and shopping centers specialize in fitting undergarments to the individual. Also, reshaping bras are specifically designed to rearrange the breast tissue up and back to its original place. Be sure to have properly fitted bras and sports bras for everyday use. The latter is particularly useful to women who work out and have larger breasts.
