The Sanford Campus in Maine is one of two Seacoast Career Schools; the other one residing in Manchester, New Hampshire. Most of the programs at Seacoast Career Schools can be completed in 10 months or less. This is very convenient for the student who wishes to quickly gain training in their field of choice and start working in the workforce. Classes are available day and night and the school is open year-round. Programs offered are health claims and billing, medical assisting and massage therapy.

Andover College -- South Portland Campus
The South Portland Campus of Andover College is one of two in the state of Maine. Flexible class schedules help students who work full time and part time. Classes are completed in eight week semesters rather than traditional 16 week semesters. Programs offered are accounting, business administration, criminal justice, early childhood education, travel and hospitality management, legal studies and medical assisting.

Empire Beauty Schools -- Portland Campus
The Portland Campus of Empire Beauty Schools is one of four located in the state of Maine. Courses include cosmetology, teacher training and nail technology. These programs also provide training in marketing, salon management and reception, communication skills and sales techniques.
