Photography schools and colleges
Professional photographers work in a variety of areas such as advertising, fashion, journalism, fine arts, and more. Individuals who are considering entering this career path should first gain the necessary fundamental skills and knowledge needed to understand the art of taking, printing, and manipulating the photographed image. Potential photography students will find a variety of postsecondary or college-level programs in the state of Minnesota. These programs are designed to help the beginning photography student to build and refine abilities while preparing for an entry-level career.
Minnesota's Brown College
